That separation is deliberate: a read-only regulator path with its own local access log is easier to defend during government review.
If a control is not live or not evidenced, it is kept out of the language here. That is a trust feature, not a weakness.
All access to this portal is logged for audit and compliance. Authentication attempts, both successful and failed, session activity, and every data request are recorded with timestamp and source IP. Records are retained per DataSitr's PDPL-aligned retention policy and may be made available to SDAIA on request.

DataSitr operates under SDAIA registration requirements for processing personal data within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
